Build Something That Actually Matters

We teach people how to read financial markets properly. Not the flashy stuff you see on social media, but the real analytical work that takes years to master. And we need people who get that.

We're growing carefully. Each role matters because each person shapes how thousands of students learn.

Senior Financial Data Analyst

Full-time Nantou City Starting September 2025

We're looking for someone who can see patterns in numbers that others miss. You'll work with complex datasets from Asian markets and help our students understand what actually matters in financial modeling. Most of your time will be spent creating case studies from real market data and teaching our instructors how to explain advanced concepts without making them sound boring.

What you'll need:
  • At least 6 years working with financial data in professional settings
  • Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis
  • Ability to explain complicated analysis in simple terms
  • Comfort working with incomplete or messy datasets

Curriculum Developer (Risk Management)

Full-time Hybrid Starting October 2025

Risk management education is usually either too academic or too simplified. We need someone who's been in the trenches and can teach practical risk assessment without sugarcoating the hard parts. You'll design learning programs for our advanced students, many of whom already work in banking or investment firms.

Background we're after:
  • Hands-on risk management experience in financial institutions
  • Track record of training or mentoring junior analysts
  • Understanding of both quantitative and qualitative risk factors
  • Patience to iterate on content based on student feedback

Student Support Specialist

Full-time Remote possible Starting August 2025

Our students get stuck. A lot. Sometimes on technical concepts, sometimes on software, sometimes they just need someone to talk through their learning approach. This role is about being that person. You'll answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and figure out when someone needs extra help before they ask for it.

You should have:
  • Background in finance or financial education
  • Experience supporting adult learners in technical subjects
  • Comfortable with Excel, financial modeling tools, and learning platforms
  • Genuine interest in helping people learn difficult material

What Working Here Actually Looks Like

We move deliberately

There's no pressure to launch fast or scale quickly. We'd rather spend three months getting a course right than rush something mediocre out the door. When Viktor joined, he spent his first six weeks just talking to students and reviewing existing materials. That's normal here.

Small team by design

Right now we're eleven people. Everyone knows what everyone else is working on. If you need help, you ask in our group chat and someone responds within an hour. We've turned down funding that would require us to hire faster than makes sense.

Real financial work

Most of our team came from banks, investment firms, or research roles. We understand that teaching financial analysis requires current market knowledge, so everyone spends time each week reviewing recent market events and updating course materials accordingly.

Students shape everything

We run detailed feedback sessions after each course module. If students consistently struggle with a concept, we rewrite it. If they want more depth on a topic, we add it. Our curriculum evolves constantly based on what actually helps people learn.

What We Offer

These aren't perks designed to keep you in the office longer. They're practical benefits that matter to people building careers in education and finance.

Continuous Learning Budget

Annual allowance for courses, conferences, or certifications. Several team members have completed CFA levels while working here.

Comprehensive Health Coverage

Full medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family through Taiwan's national system with supplemental private insurance.

Flexible Work Arrangement

Office space in Nantou City for those who want it. Remote work for those who don't. Mix of both works fine too.

Market Rate Compensation

Salaries benchmarked against financial services roles, not education sector averages. Annual reviews based on contribution.

Reasonable Hours

No expectation of weekend work or late nights. When course launches happen, we plan ahead so nobody burns out.

Conference Travel

We cover travel to relevant financial or education conferences. Last year our team attended events in Singapore, Tokyo, and Hong Kong.
